Local Little League bylaws are specific, binding rules created by the Board of Directors to govern day-to-day operations and procedures, operating under the umbrella of Little League International's official regulations. They outline local, site-specific rules, such as tournament team selection, age structures for divisions, and game-specific policies. They provide a roadmap for how the league operates, makes decisions, and conducts activities. Bylaws must be approved annually by Board of Directors. They cannot contradict or supersede official Little League International rules. Bylaws are designed to be flexible enough for local needs while adhering to the core principles of Little League Baseball. Please note that when Luckie Waller teams face off against other leagues during the season, different supplemental rules may apply for each division.
